Career Planning & Development Division, CPDD, is headed by Ms. Manisha Chaudhry as Assistant Director, she has 8 years of experience in teaching and training & placement. She did her LL.M. in Criminology. She has worked with various institutions. She is associated with many social and cultural organizations.

CPDD looks after Corporate Relations, Training, development and Placement of GCET & GIMT. CPDD, not only lay stress on the corporate training of the students once they join the institution, but also guide them to be self-confident and be better human beings. In order to exlore student’s abilities to the fullest, events like group discussion, lectures by the specialist in public speaking, confidence building, stress and time management and attitudinal development are organized which subsequently mould them as per competitive market requirement and making the student feel confident and developing both leadership qualities as well as managerial skills. Besides all such activities, the curriculum lays emphasis on case studies and practical training over the full academic calendar without affecting the normal schedule of teaching. The teaching-learning procedure maintains highest standards and teaching is imparted with latest tools available incorporating all elements that enable our students to become well suited for the job market.

Career Planning & Development Division has been working on training module which gives corporate training to its B.Tech, MBA and MCA students in soft skills and recent technological developments necessary for corporate world. The training modules start from third semester onwards and is carried through the entire academic program. This has resulted in top Corporate performing our students to be recruited by them.
