On 20th September 2024, the Galgotias College of Pharmacy organized a special guest lecture on "Innovative Technologies in Drug Delivery", featuring Dr. Dimitrios A. Lamprou, a distinguished professor from Queen’s University, Belfast, UK, as the keynote speaker. Dr. Lamprou, an expert in the field, discussed in detail the latest advancements in drug delivery systems, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as nanotechnology, 3D printing for personalized medicine, and biomaterials for targeted drug delivery. His insights offered a comprehensive overview of how these innovations are revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry by making drug administration more effective and patient-specific.
