Primary functions of Exam Cell

The Examination Cell is headed by the Controller of Examinations (CoE) and supported by a team of faculty members. The prime responsibility of Examination Cell is to facilitate the administration of examinations (Both Internal and External Exams) in a fair and systematic manner.

To plan, schedule, and administer Internal Examinations
To organize and oversee university End Semester Examination.
To coordinate with other examinations centre to ensure seamless execution of End Semester Examinations.
To liaise with all department for fair and smooth administration of Internal Examinations
To address exam related grievances of students
To maintain all examination related documents
To report Unfair Means (UFM) cases and enforce actions in accordance with affiliated University / Institute regulations.
To communicate with all stakeholders (Students, Faculty members and AKTU) regarding examination matters.
