ZEST 2022 – TECHNO CULTURAL FEST
Galgotias Electronics Society (GNIX) is a Techno-Cultural society in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department head is the president and one faculty is the managing head of the society. All the remaining positions are held by the elected students of 4th year and 3rd year.
The objective of the GNIX society is to spread technical awareness and social responsibility. Student members of GNIX keep organizing various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities like seminars, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, etc. for the students of the department.
The major event under GNIX is the annual Techno Cultural Fest ZEST which is organized by the faculty and students of the ECE department. Students from all GCET branches actively participate in various events and win prizes.
The ZEST’s theme for 2022 which was held on 8th and 9th December 2022 was decided to be “G.O.A.T.” (Greatest Of All Times). The fest aimed to unleash the zeal and experience different events. It encouraged students to discover their talents and imbibed a feeling of togetherness in them.
