Safety Measures in Laboratories

Programming Laboratory –I
  • Safety Measures are displayed on the Notice board of the laboratories.
  • Fire extinguishers are provided in all the laboratories.
  • Auto cut MCBs.
  • First Aid Box is available in all the laboratories.
  • Firewalls are installed.
  • No one is allowed to alter or delete configuration settings of any computer laboratory equipment.
  • Tampering, deleting or modifying CMOS/BIOS settings, IP Configuration, system parameters, or system files stored in the hard disk are strictly prohibited in laboratory.
  • No student or personnel is allowed to attach or detach any peripheral to and from any IT equipment or devices without explicit permission from the Lab In charge/ Lab Technician.
  • Students are not allowed to install, update or download any software in any computers inside the laboratories.
  • Computer systems are properly shutdown and other equipment are turn-off after use.
