Establishment of Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Students may raise their grievances either in an online manner, by writing to the Grievance Cell at grievances@galgotiacollege.edu, the central facility of GEI, or by mailing / or calling/ or meeting in person, the below mentioned committee members. The links are also provided on the College website.
The Institute further defines the mechanism to raise a complaint in a tiered fashion, by initially approaching the area specific committee member, and if not resolved, by approaching the HOD, and if still not finding a solution, by approaching the Director.
